Been there for short stay, had a perfect 10/10 time. The apartment was decent base for sightseeing in Kitzbuhel, loved it. Lovely balcony for further relaxation. Relatively close to Hahnenkamm Pavillon, walkable.

Helpful staff, clean facilities, a decent room with a panoramic view. Very scenic location, an easy walk to a supermarket and a bakery. Besides, I loved access to restaurants and bars, located easy walk to the property. Good service overall. I was delighted about easy check-in. The apartment was big and featured luxury bathroom...

Nothing to complain about, we would return here. We liked our stay because of the amenities and location. The place is a 5-minute walk to downtown. Nearby Dewalds Weinladen - best spot for evening drinks. The host is helpful!
